HTC EVO V 4G now available for pre-order at Radio Shack

EVO V 4G

The EVO V 4G, Virgin Mobile's answer to the EVO 3D, is now available for pre-order from Radio Shack. For $299.99 you get a more than capable high-end Android handset, that you own outright, runs on the Wimax 4G network, and can use on Virgin's ubercheap prepaid service. That's hard to beat, no matter who you ask.

The EVO V ships with Ice Cream Sandwich and Sense 3.6, has all the hardware bells and whistles it's Sprint counterpart had -- including the stereoscopic 3D cameras and screen, and will be available at the end of this month. While it's not exactly state of the art when compared to the upcoming Android phones, this one is a great upgrade for all those Wildfire S' and Optimus V's out there. If you're thinking of making the jump, rest easy knowing that some of the best Optimus hackers are doing the same

Pre-order the HTC EVO V 4G from Radio Shack. Thanks,  GreyCelt!
