One of my beloved hard-working girls is hard-working national competitor, Candy. Here?s a recent leg training program that we went through, to shape her lower body!
HACK SQUAT: (3 foot positions; alternate close stance, shoulder-width, wide-plie stance)
3 sets x 10, 12, 15 reps per foot position
AFS LEG PRESS (high foot position)
3 sets x 15 reps
superset with
WIDE STANCE STIFF-LEG DEADLIFTS
3 sets x 15 reps, 20 reps, 25 reps
BUTT BLASTER (heavy)
3 sets x 15 reps
superset with
HAMSTRING CURLS
3 sets x 10, drop set each set for 10 reps, then 5 negatives
